Terms and Conditions

We’ve got you covered

Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for your special day.

  • Booking is confirmed after 50% advance payment.
  • Remaining 50% payment must be cleared before pictures are shared for selection.
  • An invoice will be issued after confirmation; please review and report any errors promptly.
  • Events outside Peshawar & Islamabad will include additional travel and accommodation charges.
  • Failure to complete payment gives the company the right to retain and use the data for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Event coverage (photo & video) is limited to 4 hours.
  • Extra time will be charged at Rs 10,000 per hour.
  • Photoshoots (bride or couple) are limited to 90 minutes.
  • Extra shoot time will be charged at Rs 5,000 per hour.
  • Clients will be informed when time limits are reached.
  • Shoot location is arranged by the client; suggestions can be provided if requested.
  • Cancellations more than 2 weeks before the event receive a 50% refund of advance.
  • Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event are non-refundable.
  • Album and video work begins after image shortlisting by the client.
  • Album delivery time is up to 6 weeks with a clean, signature design style.
  • Album designs are shared for image and order confirmation only; no design changes.
  • Videos are delivered along with the album.
  • One minor video revision is allowed for audio or song change.
  • Editor’s choice videos are considered final.
  • Hiring multiple photo/video teams may affect quality and consistency. The company is not responsible for such impact.
  • Clients are advised to assign an Event Guide to help identify key people and important moments.
  • In case of natural disasters, accidents, illness, or other uncontrollable situations, the photographer will try to arrange an alternative where possible.
  • All photos and videos are stored on digital media. While every precaution is taken, data loss or corruption may occur due to technical issues beyond our control. In such cases, the company shall not be held liable.
  • Clients must assign a representative (or act as one) to coordinate with the team.
  • Any misconduct toward the team will result in the team leaving the event without liability.
  • All communication regarding payment, selection, and delivery will be handled through the assigned representative.
